Customer trust

Building a customer trust means developing a credible and outstanding seller profile. The three main things relevant to arts & crafts microenterprises with this respect are 1) references and customer testimonials (reviews from your customers help to increase your trustworthiness and catalyse word-of-mouth marketing), 2) credibility (establishing a credible profile among the community of your customers based on providing credentials, engaging in forums and sharing experience, and presenting personal background information will help to build trust with your customers and boost your sales), and 3) standing out from the crowd (standing out from thousands of other sellers on online marketplaces is important to let your customers notice and recognize yourself, leading to increased sales of your products).
